I first began making jewelry in 2010. What began as a hobby turned into a business in 2020. My work is influenced by my love of nature. I am always looking to learn new skills to further realize my creative visions. Since taking chain mail, metal clay, enameling, and metal smithing classes, my work has evolved. I use a variety of natural materials in my work including: semi-precious stones, silver, copper, bronze, seashells, leather and unleaded glass enamels.
Designing a new piece starts with laying out the stones. This is where the stones give me design ideas....
Then deciding what silver to use
Time to get the silver together--love using the torch to solder these intricate designs together.
Some tools of the trade: hammers, stamp, Stainless steel plate, and a sturdy surface.
